Core Product

Steam Pressure Reducing & Desuperheating Station (PRDS)

An integrated, skid-mounted system that reduces steam pressure and temperature in one unit. It combines a pressure reducing valve, desuperheating water injector, temperature and pressure transmitters, safety devices and an automatic control cabinet — pre-piped, wired and tested for fast on-site installation.

Typical Applications

Boiler start-up and turbine bypass, process steam pressure matching, district heating exchange stations and industrial steam distribution networks.

Bypass Desuperheater

Designed for turbine high/low-pressure bypass duty, rapidly cooling bypass steam during unit start-up, shut-down and load rejection. Fine atomized water injection protects downstream piping and condensers from thermal shock.

Typical Applications

Power plant HP/LP turbine bypass and condenser protection systems.

Desuperheating System

Standalone spray-type steam temperature control systems delivering precise cooling-water injection with a wide control turndown. Available with manual, pneumatic or electric actuation and closed-loop temperature control.

Typical Applications

Steam header temperature control, process plants and saturated-steam production.

Pressure Reducing Valve

Self-operated, pilot-operated and pneumatic/electric control-type pressure reducing valves that maintain stable downstream pressure despite fluctuating demand. Trim, body materials and pressure ratings are selected for your operating conditions.

Steam, compressed air and industrial gas pressure regulation stations.

Atomizing Nozzle

Precision-machined mechanical and steam-assisted atomizing nozzles produce ultra-fine water droplets for fast, complete evaporation — maximizing desuperheating accuracy while preventing water carryover and pipe erosion.

Typical Applications

Replacement internals for desuperheaters, spray cooling and humidification systems.
